From homemade breads and spices to mindful movement and meditation, their life is a blend of culinary joy and holistic wellness. Harmony Living Co unites both worlds: premium, salt-free, Hawaiian-inspired spice blends and coaching that helps you eat well and live well.
🌊 From Family Kitchen to Holistic Brand
Harmony Spice grew from Gary’s grandfather’s baking traditions and Maria’s resilience-rooted wellness journey. In 2024, they acquired beloved Mrs. Masala Wellness to honor its mission and expand its reach. Through 2025, Harmony Spice continues under that name, while Harmony Living Co prepares to fully launch—where culinary flavor meets holistic care.

Physical Therapist Assistant, trainer, and co-founder focused on making healthy change doable. After gut issues and knee surgery, Gary leaned on whole foods, Ayurvedic rituals, and a daily salt-free golden blend—easing joint pain and cutting back on ibuprofen. He now leads Harmony Spice and coaches simple movement, mindful recovery, and heart-healthy meals.
Mind-Body Clarity with Compassion
Co-founder, creator, and coach in training whose reset began during the pandemic. Through mindfulness, therapy, reiki, and time in nature, she found purpose. With leadership roots in mentoring, Maria helps clients build intentional routines, resilience, and vitality—bringing warmth and structure to Harmony Wellness Coaching.
